• We don't just list your home we'll sell it as well. Here's what well do for free!

Criteria for the FREE Flat Fee Listing!

1. Use our Brokerage Firm to Purchase your next home and we'll reimburse the $399.00 Up Front Listing Fee & the $100.00 Lock Box Rental Fee at a successful closing of your new home. However the .0055 times the Sales Price is still applicable at a successful closing of you current home but will be reimbursed at the closing of your new home.


2. Purchaser(s) agrees to Pre-Qualify with a mortgage lender of our choosing. You are not obligated for any reason to use our lender(s).



3. Your newly Purchased home must be within our service area. Here's the MAP!


4. The seller of your newly purchased home must be offering a 3.00% Buyer Brokerage Commission.


5. The homes value of your newly purchased home must be at least 50% of the value of the home you sold. Minimum Contracted Purchase Price of $150,000 is applicable


6. Buyer's agent fees offered by you as a seller are separate from our free listing. In other words if you choose to offer a buyer's agent 3.00% to bring a qualified buyer during your listing then this commission is still due "to them" at the time of closing.


7. Broker reserves the right to reduce the sales price of your new home for reimbursement of payment


8. You must be willing to enter into a Standard Georgia Buyer's Brokerage Agreement with our Real Estate Firm

• If you don't meet the criteria above but still use or firm to purchase your next home we'll refund you 1.00% of our Commissions.

You see the seller pays our Commissions when you use our firm to Represent you as a buyer. So it cost you nothing to utilize our services and you'll recieve 1.00% of the purchase price.

Not to mention we'll have your interest a heart during the entire process....Home Inspections, Termite Findings, Mold Realted Issues, Radon Gas Testing etc...
