Fees at Closing

Flat Fee Plan



A total of .0055 times the contracted sales price is due to listing broker at closing.

This includes the .0012 of the contracted sales price charged to us by the MLS.



In addition, if the purchaser was represented by a Buyer's Agent this Commission is also due at closing.

The Seller determines the amount offered to a buyer's agent during the listing process.

This predetermined amount (typically percentage based) is then advertised in the Multiple Listing Service.

Example Based on a $200,000 sales price



Commissions due to Listing Broker only at Closing ($200,000 x .55%) = $1,100.00

 

If your home was sold to a buyer Represented by a Real Estate Broker you pay the predetermined selling commissions at closing. (e.g. 3.00%) = $6,000.00

A total of 1.25% of the contracted sales price is due to listing broker at closing.

This includes the .0012 of the contracted sales price charged to us by the MLS.



In addition, if the purchaser was represented by a Buyer's Agent this Broker Commission is also due.
